Alans Fuentes

Alans is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science & Mathematics. He is interested in human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, and cognitive neuroscience, particularly how research on attention can inform the development of technology that better supports human performance and well-being.  

Alans is a team leader at Bonsai Applied Computations, an undergraduate research group that explores computational ideas and projects. He is also involved in the Math Union, Google Student Developer Club and as captain of the university’s esports team. Outside of academics, he enjoys photography, soccer, and salsa dancing.
